via The Jakarta Post, 15 December 2022: Applications for the US Ambassador’s Fund for Cultural Preservation is also open in Indonesia.
The United States Embassy in Jakarta has opened a competition for organizations to submit applications for funding through the 2023 US Ambassador’s Fund for Cultural Preservation (AFCP) to carry out individual projects in preserving Indonesia’s cultural heritage.
Emily Norris, the embassy’s cultural attachè, said the US government supports Indonesian diversity. “We have cooperation to support the Tjong A Fie Mansion [preservation] in Medan.
We are also working with the Pusaka Raya foundation to preserve Indonesian culinary history,” Norris told The Jakarta Post in Medan on Nov. 30.
