via Antara, 14 July 2022: Statements made during the refurbishment of the telecommunications infrastructure around Borobudur temple.
The redesign of the Borobudur Temple tourism area has taken the aspects of cultural heritage and technology into account, Communication and Informatics Minister Johnny G. Plate has emphasized.
“There are two main considerations in this redesign; the first is the quality of telecommunications services remains good. Secondly, the interests of cultural heritage and tourism industry in Borobudur as one of Indonesia’s five super priority tourism destinations (remain protected),” he informed here on Thursday.
According to the minister, the redesign of Borobudur Temple is a top priority based on President Joko Widodo’s directive.
