Highlighting a crowdfunding campaign by one of my colleagues who is raising funds for a camp to empower young content creators (bloggers/vloggers) to safeguard Indonesian cultural heritage sites. Her target is 5 million rupiah (or just under US$400). Please help if you can!
My name is Asanti Astari. To celebrate my 40th birthday this year, I want to do something special for a cause that’s dear to my heart – culture and heritage conservation!
In collaboration with a youth community based in Jogjakarta named Komunitas Malam Museum (website www.malamuseum.org, IG @malamuseum), we are planning to organize a Youth Camp at a historic temple in Central Java dedicated for young bloggers, vloggers, content creators and buzzers. This will not be just an ordinary Youth Camp, because in this camp we are going to empower these millenials about why we should safeguard Indonesian heritage sites and how social media content creators like them can join the cause through engaging social media contents.
