via Khmer Times, 03 August 2022: Progress report on the restoration of the Angkor Wat embankment.
The Angkor Wat’s embankment restoration in the north of the causeway starting in March 2022 was scheduled to be completed by the end of 2022.
The timetable was shared in a news release of the APSARA National Authority issued on August 1.
The 7th phase of Angkor Wat’s embankment restoration, focuses on strengthening the foundation and preparing the staircases.
