Apsara Authority sets up self-guided tour with clear directions at Takeo temple

via Khmer Times, 06 June 2023: The Apsara National Authority is promoting a self-guided tour at Takeo temple in Siem Reap without any extra charge, aiming to enhance the quality of tourists’ visits and provide clear directions and information about the temple’s points of interest.

Apsara National Authority (ANA) is promoting a self-guided tour at Takeo temple in Siem Reap to facilitate the visit of tourists, but there is no extra charge for tickets to visit the temple.

ANA spokesman Long Kosal said yesterday that the tour was organised to encourage tourists to visit the temple’s points of interest, this will increase the quality of the visit to the temple.

He added that the tour is a first at Takeo temple, and a plan of the tour with the staged points of interest will be submitted to the Adhoc experts of the ICC-Angkor, which is scheduled to visit and comment next week.
