via Khmer Times, 29 June 2022: Cambodia’s ongoing efforts to repatriate its looted antiquities.
More than 600 Khmer artefacts have been returned to the nation since 1996 through the generosity of other countries, memoranda of understandings and other types of bilateral cooperation.
The artefacts are part of the haul of cultural treasure illegally removed from the Kingdom.
