Phnom Krom Temple is a popular destination that can attract tourists because, besides the ancient temple on the mountain, tourists can also see the beautiful sunrise in the eastern part of the temple and the beautiful sunset view, accompanied by the breath-taking view of the Tonle Sap Lake behind the temple (west side), differs from the sunrise and sunset views of Angkor Wat and Phnom Bakheng temples without interfering with other tourists as well as watching the view of Siem Reap city from the distance and the surrounding rice fields.
