via Khmer Times, 08 December 2022: The ongoing preservation of materials at the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum.
Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum has started restoring damaged documents and cleaning skeletons to preserve them for even longer.
Museum director Hang Nisay told Khmer Times yesterday that its personnel is undertaking the restoration work via a project sponsored by the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) and coordinated by UNESCO Phnom Penh.
“Today, we have two teams of conservation officers who are capable of repairing and preserving damaged paper.
