Kuching to host Malaysia’s first ever conference on shamanism

via Malay Mail, 13 August 2022: The Borneo Cultures Museum will host a conference on shamanism next week. Registration is open until August 21.

Kuching will be host to the country’s first ever conference on shamanism, to be held from August 25 to 28 at the Borneo Cultures Museum.

Organised by the Sarawak Museum Department and the International Society for Academic Research on Shamanism (ISARS), the international conference is titled ‘Shamanism and Crisis: Seeking Human Identity’, and is open for registration until August 21.
