The Taiwan Studies Programme at the University of Nottingham has a special issue for the late Robert Blust, who passed away in January. Prof. Blust was a leading linguistics scholar and one of the main originators for the Out of Taiwan model of human migration for the Austronesian-speaking peoples throughout Southeast Asia and beyond.
