The 2nd Malay Archipelago Archaeology Conference is back on November 06-07, 2019 at Universiti Sains Malaysia. The conference is organised by the Centre for Global Archaeological Research (CGAR USM) with a particular interest on malay archipelago archaeology. See Call for Papers for accepted fields of interest – abstracts are due 30 September 2019.
In conjunction with USM celebrating her 50th anniversary this year, CGAR will be having the National Archaeology Week (Minggu Arkeologi Nasional) on the 4-8th of November 2019, with all sorts of themed activities, exhibitions, poster competition and conferences at Laman Arkeologi. For the special occasion, MAAC is also offering reduced conference fees this year.
