Large rocks, believed to be remains of the royal berth in use at the time of the Nguyen Dynasty (1802-1945) were dredged up from the An Cuu river in Hue City.

Many large rocks, which are believed to be relics of the Ben Ngu (Royal Berth) of the Nguyen dynasty, have been found by workers who were dredging the An Cuu river bed near the Ben Ngu in former imperial Hue city.
Two stone bars, which are 2.4m long, 0.3m wide and 7.4cm thick each, were lifted out of the water on July 27 while the other, which is much heavier, is still in the river.
