via Khmer Times, 07 July 2022: This Lolei pagoda is next to the much older Lolei temple, part of the Roluos group of monuments.
The APSARA Authority are in the process of rehabilitating of Lolei Pagoda, almost 100 years old, to strengthen the foundation and infrastructure of the temple.
The pagoda is located near the ancient Lolei Temple in Lolei village Bakong Commune, Prasat Bakong District, Siem Reap.
The pagoda, which is nearly 100 years old, is located in the southeast corner of the Lolei temple. It is 27.5 meters long, 11.2 meters wide and 15.5 meters high. It was constructed as a monument and was deemed to be in a state of deterioration, thus the repair.
