Cambodia’s Angkor Wat gets an iconic sign to commemorate its inscription into the World Heritage list in 1992.

Cambodia, UNESCO post sign of world heritage at Angkor Wat temple

Cambodia and UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization) on Monday unveiled the sign of World heritage at the Angkor Wat temple in Siem Reap province, which was listed as a World Heritage in 1992.

Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen and Marcio Barbosa, Deputy Director-General of UNESCO, were presided over the ceremony at the Angkor Wat temple.
