Border talks postponed
Thailand reports that the talks to discuss the border tensions at Preah Vihear scheduled for Tuesday (21 October) were cancelled by their Cambodian counterpart. The talks have now been moved to Friday.

Cambodia has postponed the meeting to settle the border dispute between Cambodia and Thailand without giving any reason, Thailand’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced Sunday.
Thai army commander Lt-Gen. Viboonsak Neepal and Cambodian Army commander Cheamon were originally scheduled to meet in Siem Reap on Tuesday for talks to settle the border dispute.
