Thai troops withdraw from Preah Vihear – or have they?

Reports started coming yesterday afternoon (local time) about how the Thai troops stationed around the disputed temple of Preah Vihear have withdrawn, after an ultimatum set by the Cambodian Prime Minister. However, one conflicting report emerged that said Thailand’s troops did not withdraw.
